This is my family's favorite cheesecake, and its real quick in a pinch as a covered dish and can be tweaked to make almost any flavor cheesecake. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients
- 12 oz packages cool whip
- 2- 8oz packages cream cheese, plain
- 1/2 cup sugar, (im diabetic so you can use more to your liking but not more than 1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 - grahm cracker pie crust
How To Make easy no-bake cheesecake

Step 1mix cool whip and cream cheese together until smooth, about 3 minutes then add in sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.

Step 2fill the grahm cracker pie crust with the cream cheese mixture and chill for at least 1 hr and serve.

Step 3For a twist you can put your favorite pie topping on the top just before serving. I have also blended in 1/2 c peanut butter and drizzled magic shell ice cream topping across the top for a wonderful reeces cheesecake. you can add your favorites to this recipe and come up with your own creations for your family.
