1mix cool whip and cream cheese together until smooth, about 3 minutes then add in sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
2fill the grahm cracker pie crust with the cream cheese mixture and chill for at least 1 hr and serve.
3For a twist you can put your favorite pie topping on the top just before serving. I have also blended in 1/2 c peanut butter and drizzled magic shell ice cream topping across the top for a wonderful reeces cheesecake. you can add your favorites to this recipe and come up with your own creations for your family.
