This is my family's favorite cheesecake, and its real quick in a pinch as a covered dish and can be tweaked to make almost any flavor cheesecake. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz packages cool whip
  • 2- 8oz packages cream cheese, plain
  • 1/2 cup sugar, (im diabetic so you can use more to your liking but not more than 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 - grahm cracker pie crust

How To Make easy no-bake cheesecake

  • Step 1
    mix cool whip and cream cheese together until smooth, about 3 minutes then add in sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    fill the grahm cracker pie crust with the cream cheese mixture and chill for at least 1 hr and serve.
  • Step 3
    For a twist you can put your favorite pie topping on the top just before serving. I have also blended in 1/2 c peanut butter and drizzled magic shell ice cream topping across the top for a wonderful reeces cheesecake. you can add your favorites to this recipe and come up with your own creations for your family.
