How to Make Easy Frozen Margarita Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In food processor, grind pretzels and graham crackers so that you have 3 cups total. Mix melted butter and sugar to pretzels and graham cracker mixture. Press into the bottom and halfway up sides of a greased 9” or 10” spring form pan. Bake in a 325° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or just until edges are lightly golden brown. Remove from oven to cool.
  2. In a large bowl with electric mixer mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping until smooth. Add tequila, grated lime peel and sherbet and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into cooled crust. Cover top and freeze at least six hours. Garnish with thin slices of lime and additional whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
