Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerator buttery biscuit dough
- 1 can peaches
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- few dash cinnamon
- - oil
- - sugar
How To Make easy fried pies

Step 1Roll out biscuit dough to a small circle

Step 2add a few peaches to the center

Step 3add a small amount of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon

Step 4fold dough over and seal edges with a fork

Step 5fry in oil to a golden brown on both sides approx. 1-2 minutes on each side

Step 6remove from oil to cool on a paper towel

Step 7sprinkle with sugar

Step 8you could use any pie filling for these just omit the brown sugar and cinnamon. Or simply fry the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar just like the fried dough at the county fairs!!
