These are so easy and quick to make. My husband loved them.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerator buttery biscuit dough
  • 1 can peaches
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • few dash cinnamon
  • - oil
  • - sugar

How To Make easy fried pies

  • Step 1
    Roll out biscuit dough to a small circle
  • Step 2
    add a few peaches to the center
  • Step 3
    add a small amount of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Step 4
    fold dough over and seal edges with a fork
  • Step 5
    fry in oil to a golden brown on both sides approx. 1-2 minutes on each side
  • Step 6
    remove from oil to cool on a paper towel
  • Step 7
    sprinkle with sugar
  • Step 8
    you could use any pie filling for these just omit the brown sugar and cinnamon. Or simply fry the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar just like the fried dough at the county fairs!!
