Ingredients

1 pkg
refrigerator buttery biscuit dough
1 can(s)
peaches
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
few dash(es)
cinnamon
oil
sugar

How to Make Easy fried pies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Roll out biscuit dough to a small circle
  • 2add a few peaches to the center
  • 3add a small amount of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon
  • 4fold dough over and seal edges with a fork
  • 5fry in oil to a golden brown on both sides
    approx. 1-2 minutes on each side
  • 6remove from oil to cool on a paper towel
  • 7sprinkle with sugar
  • 8you could use any pie filling for these just omit the brown sugar and cinnamon. Or simply fry the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar just like the fried dough at the county fairs!!
