Ingredients

  • 2 sticks real butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces chocolate, unsweetened squares
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 - pie crust shell baked

How To Make easy french silk pie

  • Step 1
    Put softened butter into mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    add melted chocolate that has been slightly cooled
  • Step 3
    add sugar
  • Step 4
    add vanilla
  • Step 5
    beat all ingredients until fluffy. approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Start adding eggs one at a time beating 2 full minutes after each egg addition. You will see it getting light and fluffy. Pour into a cooled 9 inch baked cooled pie crust. Top with choice of whatever you like. I use tiny choc chips.Refrigerate til cold. Mixture will be soft when transferring to crust.
