This is so good and so easy to make!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is a great seasonal dessert to serve to your guests or to take to a potluck.  I loved that I was able to use the eggnog I had left over from Christmas dinner. It is also VERY quick and easy to prepare... and the taste and smoothness is sure to be enjoyed by all!

Christy points out that it's best when prepared a day in advance - I also found this to be the case. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
