came up with this recipe 14yrs ago when all the cocnut pies were to dense for me so I came up with this lighter version hope you enjoy it my family loves it

Ingredients
- 1 box of coconut instant jello pudding
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of coconut cream this is in the liquor section
- 2 cups of coconut
- 1 - precooked pie shell or 1 precooked homemade pie shell
- 1 - 8 ouce container of cool whip
How To Make easy coconut pie

Step 1mix half cup of milk with the one cup of cream of coconut add to instant jello with the other 1/2 cup of milk, mix till smooth with eletric mixture,add coconut, mix with spoon, add half of cool whip mix well, add to pie shell top with remaining cool whip

Step 2serves 8 small or 4 big slices enjoy
