  • - 1 graham cracker pie crust.
  • - 3/4 cup coconut flakes
  • - 1 1/2 cups very cold milk
  • - 1 box instant coconut cream jello pudding

How To Make easy coconut fridge pie

  • Step 1
    MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE IN MIC. SAFE BOWL ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE AND STIR EVERY 30 SECS. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH AND COMPLETELY MELTED
  • Step 2
    LET COOL SOME AND ADD 1 CUP COOL WHIP, FOLD IN.AND THEN FOLD IN 1/2 COCONUT. BLEND WELL
  • Step 3
    SPREAD OVER BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST. SET ASIDE.
  • Step 4
    MAKE PUDDING.SPOON OVER CHOC MIXTURE IN PIE CRUST.TOP WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP
  • Step 5
    TOAST REMAINING COCONUT AND SPRINKLE OVER PIE.
  • Step 6
    PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
