How to Make EASY COCONUT FRIDGE PIE
- MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE IN MIC. SAFE BOWL ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE AND STIR EVERY 30 SECS. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH AND COMPLETELY MELTED
- LET COOL SOME AND ADD 1 CUP COOL WHIP, FOLD IN.AND THEN FOLD IN 1/2 COCONUT. BLEND WELL
- SPREAD OVER BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST. SET ASIDE.
- MAKE PUDDING.SPOON OVER CHOC MIXTURE IN PIE CRUST.TOP WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP
- TOAST REMAINING COCONUT AND SPRINKLE OVER PIE.
- PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
