Easy Coconut Cream Pie
2 ccold milk
1 pkg(3.4 oz) jello instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg(3.4 oz) jello instant coconut cream pudding
1 cflake coconut (3/4 c. for in pie, 1/4 c. on top)
2 cthawed cool whip topping (actual cups not 8 oz on tub)
6 ozpremade honeymaid graham pie crust
How to Make Easy Coconut Cream Pie
- In large bowl add: 2 c. milk, 3/4 c. coconut, 2 pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in 1 c. whipped topping. Pour into graham crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
- Spread top of pie with remaining 1 c. whipped topping.
- Toast 1/4 c. coconut and sprinkle over pie. Store in refrigerator.
