Bake pie crust and set to cool. Bake 1/3 bag of coconut in oven until golden brown set to cool.
Add pudding 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cool whip and 2/3 bag of coconut and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Add mixture to cooled pie crust, add remaining cool whip to top.Complete with browned coconut..chill until set and then enjoy!
