This is my personal recipe that I have created its light and fluffy and sooooooo delicious! My Mothers favorite.

Ingredients

1 - pet ritz pie crust
1LG box instant french vanilla pudding
1 LG box cool whip extra creamy
1 package coconut, shredded
1 cup milk

How To Make easy coconut cream pie

Step 1

Bake pie crust and set to cool. Bake 1/3 bag of coconut in oven until golden brown set to cool.

Step 2

Add pudding 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cool whip and 2/3 bag of coconut and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3

Add mixture to cooled pie crust, add remaining cool whip to top.Complete with browned coconut..chill until set and then enjoy!
