Very simple but delicious cheesecake recipe. It's always a hit.

Ingredients

1 - graham cracker pie crust (2 extra servings size if you want to add topping)
2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
3 - eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
- topping of your choice

How To Make easy cheesecake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Combine cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla and mix.
Step 3

Pour mixture into crust. Back for 35-40 minutes or until the center of the cheese cake no longer wiggles when moved.
Step 4

Cool on a rack for at least 1 hour before added topping.
