I had this at one of my BUNKO parties and everyone enjoyed it. It goes together quickly in a 9 x 13" cake pan and can be served warm, cold or at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
  • 3 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    butter, melted (no substitutions)
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Easy Blueberry Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. 350 degree oven. Spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray. Layer, don't mix, the pineapple, then the blueberries (if using frozen, no need to defrost them), and dry cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over all; sprinkle with brown sugar and top with chopped pecans. Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until top is bubbly and cake topping is cooked through. ENJOY!
