Ingredients
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz size
- 2 - granny smith apples, large
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 can citrus flavored soda, 12 oz
How To Make easy apple enchiladas

Step 1Peel, core and quarter apples, then halve each quarter. Unroll crescent rolls and separate at the perforations; place an apple section at the large end and roll to small end. Place apple rolls in rows in a 9 x 13 x 2 glass oven-proof dish.

Step 2Melt butter, stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolled apples. Pour citrus soda over rolls.

Step 3Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
