    refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz size
  • 2
    granny smith apples, large
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    citrus flavored soda, 12 oz

How to Make Easy Apple Enchiladas


  1. Peel, core and quarter apples, then halve each quarter. Unroll crescent rolls and separate at the perforations; place an apple section at the large end and roll to small end. Place apple rolls in rows in a 9 x 13 x 2 glass oven-proof dish.
  2. Melt butter, stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolled apples. Pour citrus soda over rolls.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
