This cool and creamy treat can be made into 1 large, deep-dish pie shell or 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts - one to keep and one to share! It can also be served as a fruit salad.

1/2 c
powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp
12 oz
non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c
finely chopped pecans
1/2 c
shredded coconut
8 oz
pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz
mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c
red or green grapes, halved
1/2 c
maraschino cherries, drained
deep-dish pie shell, baked
additional fruit , chopped pecans or toasted coconut for garnish if desired

How to Make East Texas Millionaire's Delight Pie


  • 1Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
  • 2Gently fold in whipped topping, pecans, coconut and fruit until combined.
  • 3Spoon mixture into baked pie shell and garnish as desired. Chill for at least 2 hours or until serving time.
