- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup red or green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 - deep-dish pie shell, baked
- - additional fruit , chopped pecans or toasted coconut for garnish if desired
