This recipe is not for purists - but it is so easy, fast and delicious. We especially love this after a spicy Mexican meal! (Be sure to allow for the cooling time).

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 3/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • FILLING
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 1 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
  • - 3-4 drops green food coloring, if desired

How To Make easiest key lime pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix above ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake about 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Combine sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill for 3 hours. Enjoy!
