This recipe is not for purists - but it is so easy, fast and delicious. We especially love this after a spicy Mexican meal! (Be sure to allow for the cooling time).

Ingredients

  • CRUST

  • 1 3/4 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • FILLING

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    key lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 1 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • ·
    3-4 drops green food coloring, if desired

How to Make Easiest Key Lime Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix above ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake about 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill for 3 hours. Enjoy!
