Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries-rinsed and drained
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy cream cold
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
How To Make dutch blueberry cream pie

Step 1Preheat oven 425*. Place rack in middle of oven

Step 2Fill pie shell with blueberries evenly distributed

Step 3Combine and mix all ingredients and pour over blueberries

Step 4Bake 45 mins til lightly brown.

Step 5Cool one hour then chill in refrigerator 2-3 hours before cutting.

Step 6Serve with uncooked berries on top or to the side of each slice and a large dollop of whipped cream.
