How to Make Dutch Apple Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit
  2. Core, peel and slice apples thin (thick slices will take too long to cook.) Place apples and lemon juice in a bowl, mix well.

  4. Add half the mixture to the apples and mix to coat. Place apple mixture into crust.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the other half of the crumb mixture on top.
  6. Put foil around crust. Bake at 375 degrees farenheit for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
