Ingredients
- - half of 11 oz package pie crust mix or frozen pie crust
- 4 - egg
- 3/4 cup paced dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans, 10oz.
- 2/3 cup sweet dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2/3 cup fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup

Step 1preheat the baking sheet, prepare pie mix according to package put in a 9" pie pan.refrigerate. In bowl, combine eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. stir in pecans and dried cranberries and fresh cranberries: spoon into crust. put pan on hot bakeing sheet put in oven and cook at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min or untill center is set. put whipped cream in a pastry bag pipe on top of pie.
