    cream cheese,softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk or half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    whipped topping, thawed
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 c
    cold milk or half-and-half
  • 1 can(s)
    pumpkin (16ozs)
  • 2 pkg
    vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling (4-serving size)
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves

How to Make Double Layer Pumpkin Pie


  1. Mix cream cheese,1 tablespoon milk and sugar in a large bowl,with wire whisk until smooth.Gently stir in whipped topping.Spread on bottom of crust.
  2. Pour 1 cup cold milk into bowl.Add pumpkin,pudding mixes and spices.Beat with wire whisk until well mixed.(Mixture will be thick.)Spread over cream cheese layer.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.Garnish with addtional whipped topping,if desired.
