1 of the few pie crusts I make. It fast & easy...

yield 1 pie crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

How To Make double crust pie shell....

  • Step 1
    Per-heat oven to 475F. In a medium bowl mix flour & salt. Pour oil & milk into measuring cup, but don't mix. Add at once to the flour mix. Stir until mix press into smooth ball. Cut into half. Place into pie baking pan & bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
