Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup karo or any thick syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell
How To Make donna's pecan pie

Step 1While butter is melting in microwave in a small bowl, mix sugar, eggs and syrup & vanilla in a medium size bowl till blended.

Step 2Take butter from microwave and add to the pie mixture making sure butter is cooled before mixing.

Step 3Pour into 9 inch pie shell 350 degrees for 5 minutes then turn the oven down to 300 degrees for 50 minutes to finish baking. Cool and serve. Delicious with whipped cream on top or vanilla ice cream.
