I got this one from Dlife I made them last night and they were VERY GOOD!! Ingredients

  • 4 - tortilla, flour, 7" to 8"
  • 2 - medium peaches (or pears, or apples)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons fat free milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make diabetic pocket fruit pies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Warm tortillas in microwave or oven to make them easier to handle.
  • Step 3
    Peel and chop fruit into pieces
  • Step 4
    Place 1/4 of the fruit on half of each tortilla
  • Step 5
    In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle over fruit.
  • Step 7
    Roll up the tortillas, starting at the end with the fruit.
  • Step 8
    Place on an un-greased baking sheet and make small slashes to allow steam to escape.
  • Step 9
    Brush with milk and sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
  • Step 10
    Bake for 8-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Step 11
    Serve warm or cool.
