Ingredients
- 4 - tortilla, flour, 7" to 8"
- 2 - medium peaches (or pears, or apples)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons fat free milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make diabetic pocket fruit pies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Warm tortillas in microwave or oven to make them easier to handle.

Step 3Peel and chop fruit into pieces

Step 4Place 1/4 of the fruit on half of each tortilla

Step 5In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 6Sprinkle over fruit.

Step 7Roll up the tortillas, starting at the end with the fruit.

Step 8Place on an un-greased baking sheet and make small slashes to allow steam to escape.

Step 9Brush with milk and sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.

Step 10Bake for 8-12 minutes or until lightly brown.

Step 11Serve warm or cool.
