Ingredients

1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package philadelphia cheesecake flavored cream cheese spread
1 can fruit pie filling, i use strawberry

How To Make dessert pizza

Step 1

Preheat oven according to cookie dough package (usually 350). Press the cookie dough out onto a non-stick pizza pan, using your fingertips. (wet fingertips with water if sticking occurs) Bake until the cookie dough is done. Do not overbake, you want just a hint of golden color. Remove and allow to cool completely.

Step 2

Spread the cheesecake filling over the entire cookie. Spoon the pie filling over the cheesecake spread. Thats it. Cut into pieces and serve right off of the pizza pan! Kids of all ages love this.
