Found a recipe like this years ago and have been making my own version of it ever since I lost the clipping from back then.

Ingredients
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- PUMPKIN LAYER
- 3 1/2 ounces (the samll box) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can whole milk
- 1 - thawed container of pumpkin pie filling (see my recipe for fresh frozen pumpkin pie filling)

- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make delightful cream cheese pumpkin pie

Step 1Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and cream.

Step 2Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in the graham cracker crust. And place in refrigerator 5-10 minutes while you mix the pumpkin layer.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer in pie crust. Refrigerate 8-10 hours.
