delicious brownie pie
My love of brownies is only rivaled by my love for chocolate pie. I found this recipe many years ago and fell in love with it. As you can tell, I love everything chocolate. This recipe reminds me of a double-fudge pie I used to buy at HEB. Internet pictures for illustration only.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup baking mix (bisquick or pioneer)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 - 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
- POSSIBLE GARNISHES:
- - whipped cream, sweetened
- - ice cream
- - hot fudge sauce
- - caremel sauce
How To Make delicious brownie pie

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 F. Bake the pie shell for about 10 mminutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven heat to 325 F.

Step 2In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips.

Step 3In a medium bowl, beat the chocolate mixture wth the sweetened condensed milk, baking mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Step 4Add the nuts and stir well. Pour into pie shell and bake for 35 - 40 minutes, until center is set.

Step 5Garnish with whipped cream, hot fudge, carmel sauce or a scoop if ice cream....simply delicious.
