This is an easy pie to make and it taste great. When ever I serve this pie, I always take a copy of the recipe with me. I know that someone will ask for it.

Ingredients
- 2 - graham cracker crust
- 1 (8oz.) ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 (12oz.) - cool whip
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- - caramel topping
How To Make darn good pie

Step 1Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 2 graham crust pie shells. Put coconut and pecans in large shallow pan. Pour melted butter over this and toast at 300 degrees. When cool, put on pies. Drizzle caramel topping on pies. Each pie makes 8 servings
