RUB MIXTURE UNTIL EVEN TEXTURED. STIR IN 1 EGG YOLK UNTIL BLENDED.. THEN WORK WITH HANDS UNTIL SMOOTH BALL. PRESS DOUGH EVENLY OVER BOTTOM AND 1/2 IN. UP THE SIDES OF 10 INCH PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 350* FOR 30 MINUTES

How to Make Daddy's Pumpkin Cheese Pie
- beat cream cheese with sugar and spices till smooth. Blend in eggs, then add the pumpkin and mix well.

mix 1 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla
