Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk not less then 2%
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie before cooking
How To Make custard pie

Step 1I just use a store bought pie crust and use a deep dish pie plate.

Step 2Mix all ingredients except nutmeg and whip with wire whisk. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
