This recipe was given to me by the same lady that gave me the recipe for chocolate cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • - shake of salt

How To Make crustless egg custard

  • Step 1
    Mix in blender.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased & floured pie dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake on 375 degrees till firm. Keep a check because ovens can vary.
  • Step 4
    TIP:::: Can also add 2 tablespoons of cocoa for a chocolate pie.
