- flaked coconut

- optional: whipped cream, toasted flaked coconut
How to Make Crustless Coconut Pie
- 1In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add remaining ingredients except garnish in order given mix well.
- 2Spread in 2 ungreased 9" pie plates; bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut if desired. Make 2 pies, 6-8 serving each.
