- 4 - eggs
- 1 3/4 cups sugar or splenda sugar
- 2 cups milk or non-fat milk
- 1/4 cup butter or light butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - optional: whipped cream, toasted flaked coconut
How To Make crustless coconut pie

Step 1In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add remaining ingredients except garnish in order given mix well.

Step 2Spread in 2 ungreased 9" pie plates; bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut if desired. Make 2 pies, 6-8 serving each.
