How to Make Crunchy "Pie"
- Preheat oven to 300. Butter a pie pan.
- Beat egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Fold in crackers and pecans.
- Pour mixture into pie pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut and top each individual piece with whipped cream. Don't store with whipped cream on it, it may get mushy on you.
