How to Make Crunchy "Pie"
- 1Preheat oven to 300. Butter a pie pan.
- 2Beat egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Fold in crackers and pecans.
- 3Pour mixture into pie pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut and top each individual piece with whipped cream. Don't store with whipped cream on it, it may get mushy on you.
