Ingredients For crunchy chocolate coconut pie
- FOR THE CRUST

1/2 csemisweet chocolate chips

2 Tbspbutter

1 1/2 ccrispy rice cereal

1/2 cflaked coconut
- FOR THE FILLING

1 can8.5 ounces cream of coconut, chilled

1/2 cmilk
-
1 pkg3/9 ounces chocolate fudge instant pudding mix

coconut to garnish
How To Make crunchy chocolate coconut pie

1For crust, place chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power (100%) 1 minute or until chocolate softens. Add butter; stir until smooth. Stir in cereal and coconut until well blended. Lightly press mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Cover and chill crust.

2For filling, combine cream of coconut and milk in a medium bowl. Add pudding mix; beat until thickened. Pour into chilled crust. Cover and chill about 30 minutes or until set. Garnish with coconut.
