1Prepare pie crust, set aside.
Heat oven to 375*.Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
Add apples and toss to coat. Pour into pie shell.
set aside for aminute to prepare your crumb coating.
2Mix together the brown sugar,oats,1/2 cup of flour.
cut in the butter till mix is crumbly.
pour over apple mixture.
3Cover the edges with foil.
Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 25-30 minutes more, or until top is a nice golden brown.
Remove from oven. sprinkle with chopped pecans and then drizzle caramel topping.
Cool on wire rack.
Great served warm with ice cream. OMGosh, Im hungry again. :) xoxo
