- 1/2 cup butter,softened

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - egg
- 13 1/2 ounces lingonberries, thawed and drained
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal, uncooked
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
How To Make crumb topped lingonberry pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2To make Crust: First mix 1/2 C + 1 T softened butter and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and egg. Quickly mix to form a ball. .

Step 3Press the dough on the bottom and sides of a pie plate

Step 4.For Filling: combine lingonberries, sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Spread the filling in the pie plate..

Step 5For Topping: Combine 1 1/2 C+2 T oatmeal, sugar, and vanilla. Sprinkle on top of the berries. Top with the butter cubes.

Step 6Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely
