One of my dearest,best friends and one of the WORLD's BEST cooks and teachers EVER, Raeanne,was a travel agent "back in the day" not gonna tell just when, BUT she came back from an ocean cruise once with this AMAZING, MOUTH-WATERING key lime pie recipe!! As she says "That key lime is the BEST I've EVER had and it is so easy a 2 year old can make it in an easy back oven"...and she is right. Ya'll are in for SUCH a TREAT with this one!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pints sweetened condensed milk
- 4 - egg yolks
- 2/3 cup key lime juice
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream
- 9" - pre-baked pie shell or use a graham cracker crust.
- A NOTE FROM RAEANNE: I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH IT HAS TO BE KEY LIME JUICE, NOT REGULAR LIME JUICE, MIKE'S IS A GOOD BRAND
How To Make cruisin' key lime pie

Step 1Beat the egg yolks and condensed milk until well blended, maybe 2 minutes.

Step 2GRADUALLY add small amounts of Key Lime Juice and blend in until you get a good consistency then add more until you've used all the Key Lime Juice.

Step 3Pour the mixture into the pre baked pie shell, refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4Dealers choice here: you can cover it with whipped cream, or serve each slice with one or dollops of whipping cream. Enjoy!!!
