I can't remember where I got this recipe from, but it is so easy and refreshing. A great pie for the summer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 package watermelon Jell-o (3 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 package Cool Whip (12 oz.)
  • 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make creamy watermelon pie

  • Dissolving Jell-O in boiling water.
    Step 1
    In a large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  • Whisking in Cool Whip.
    Step 2
    As soon as the Jell-O dissolves and it slightly cools, whisk in Cool Whip.
  • Folding in diced watermelon.
    Step 3
    Fold in watermelon.
  • Filling spooned into crust.
    Step 4
    Spoon into crust.
  • Watermelon Pie chilling in the fridge.
    Step 5
    Refrigerate 4 hrs or overnight until set.
