I found this recipe years ago and I just love it. It is so easy yet so tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 - (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can redi-whip for garnishing
- - lemon slices or zest, if desired, for garnish
How To Make creamy lemon pie

Step 1In a medium bowl, pour milk; add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for @ 30 seconds.

Step 2Add lemonade concentrate. Mixture will begin to thicken.

Step 3Immeiately fold in whipped topping.

Step 4Spoon into pie crust.

Step 5Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Step 6Decorate the pie with the redi-whip as desired.

Step 7Garnish with lemon slices or zest, if desired.

Step 8Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
