    cold milk
  • 2 pkg
    (4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 can(s)
    (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1
    (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can(s)
    redi-whip for garnishing
  • ·
    lemon slices or zest, if desired, for garnish

How to Make Creamy Lemon Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, pour milk; add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for @ 30 seconds.
  2. Add lemonade concentrate. Mixture will begin to thicken.
  3. Immeiately fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon into pie crust.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  6. Decorate the pie with the redi-whip as desired.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices or zest, if desired.
  8. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
