I found this recipe years ago and I just love it. It is so easy yet so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 - (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can redi-whip for garnishing
  • - lemon slices or zest, if desired, for garnish

How To Make creamy lemon pie

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, pour milk; add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for @ 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Add lemonade concentrate. Mixture will begin to thicken.
  • Step 3
    Immeiately fold in whipped topping.
  • Step 4
    Spoon into pie crust.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  • Step 6
    Decorate the pie with the redi-whip as desired.
  • Step 7
    Garnish with lemon slices or zest, if desired.
  • Step 8
    Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
