Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 - 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

How To Make creamy lemon freezer pie

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, stir together lemon juice and condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Mound the filling into pie crust. Cover and freeze until set, for at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.
  • Step 3
    Serve slightly frozen, or you may thaw if you prefer.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: To make Key Lime pie, just substitute 1/2 cup fresh Key lime juice for the lemon juice.
