This is my moms recipe. If you like rhubarb this is soooo good!! It is my favorite rhubarb pie recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs yolks
- 1 cup can evaporated milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour (use 3 tbsp. if rhubarb is frozen)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make creamed rhubarb pie

Step 1Put cut up rhubarb into unbaked pie crust. ( I use deep dish pie crust)

Step 2In large bowl beat 2 egg yolks. ( I use hand beater, pictured.)

Step 3Add flour, sugar, salt, milk, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to beaten eggs, mix. (use remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon for top of pie)

Step 4Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon on top of pie.

Step 5Bake 375 degrees for one hour or until custard is set.
