Ingredients

  • 1
    unbaked pie shell
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 2
    eggs
  • 15 oz
    can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    pecans
  • ·
    whipped cream, sweetened

How to Make Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl,beat the cream cheese, sugar, salt and spices until blended and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each.
    Beat in pumpkin and vanilla.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350* F. for 55-60 minutes until knifee inserted in ceter comes out clean.
  4. During last 10 to 15 minutes of baking add pecan halves around the edge for garnish Cool on a wire rack and then chill in fridge for 3-4 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg
