Ingredients

  • 1 - unbaked pie shell
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 - eggs
  • 15 ounces can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • - whipped cream, sweetened

How To Make cream cheese pumpkin pie

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl,beat the cream cheese, sugar, salt and spices until blended and fluffy.
  • Step 2
    Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350* F. for 55-60 minutes until knifee inserted in ceter comes out clean.
  • Step 4
    During last 10 to 15 minutes of baking add pecan halves around the edge for garnish Cool on a wire rack and then chill in fridge for 3-4 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg
