Ingredients
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 - eggs
- 15 ounces can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans
- - whipped cream, sweetened
How To Make cream cheese pumpkin pie

Step 1In a large bowl,beat the cream cheese, sugar, salt and spices until blended and fluffy.

Step 2Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla.

Step 3Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350* F. for 55-60 minutes until knifee inserted in ceter comes out clean.

Step 4During last 10 to 15 minutes of baking add pecan halves around the edge for garnish Cool on a wire rack and then chill in fridge for 3-4 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg
