I am so proud of this recipe that I created! I was inspired by another recipe I posted called Cherry Delight Cheesecake but I pretty much changed all the ingredient amounts in this recipe. I also added the lemon curd instead of the cherries. Everyone who has tasted this pie has been wowed and always beg me to make it again and again. I hope you will make it for your family and friends.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a light and refreshing lemon pie! It's easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time. Tangy, creamy, and crunchy with a tart lemony flavor, your family and friends will be coming back for seconds. A delicious dessert for spring and summer.
