1 cdark karo syrup (i use the 33% less fat)
2/3 csugar (i use splenda or stevia)
4 Tbspbutter (melted)
·dash of salt
1 cfresh cranberries (chopped)
1 cpecan halves
1 PIE UNBAKED CRUST
How to Make Cranberry Pecan Pie...Cin
- Preheat ove to 325°
- In a mixing bowl beat eggs with fork until blended.
Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt.
- Put chopped cranberries into pie crust evenly. Spread pecans on evenly on top of cranberries.
Pour syrup mixture over the top carefully.
- Bake at 325° for 55 min's or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
