cranberry pecan pie...cin

Heres another "oldie" and I don't know where the recipe originally came from. I got it from a friend...it is good though.

method ---
yield 6 to 8 slices

Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup dark karo syrup (i use the 33% less fat)
  • 2/3 cup sugar (i use splenda or stevia)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • - dash of salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 PIE UNBAKED CRUST

How To Make cranberry pecan pie...cin

  • Step 1
    Preheat ove to 325°
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl beat eggs with fork until blended. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt.
  • Step 3
    Put chopped cranberries into pie crust evenly. Spread pecans on evenly on top of cranberries. Pour syrup mixture over the top carefully.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 325° for 55 min's or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
