Ingredients
- 3 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 1 cup golden corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust
How To Make cranberry pecan pie

Step 1In medium bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla until well blended.

Step 2Stir in pecans, cranberries and orange rind.

Step 3Pour into pastry shell.

Step 4Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

Step 5Cool on wire rack.

Step 6If desired, serve with whipped cream.
