I know, I know! This does not sound like a dessert!! BUT, it is awesome! A woman I worked with a few years ago made this for our office and I have been hooked ever since.

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 square semi sweet chocolate, grated
- 1 uncooked pie shell
How To Make cracker pie

Step 1Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in sugar, baking powder, vanilla, crackers, chocolate and pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 2Cool and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Yummy!
