It's that time of year again and here in Georgia the peaches are in. Here's a peach pie recipe that my family loves and I hope yours will too. Note: Cook time is cool time.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peeled, sliced peaches divided
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 package 3 oz. peach flavor gelatin
- - ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 - 6 oz. graham cracker pie crust
How To Make cool 'n easy peach pie

Step 1Slice 1 cup of peaches, refrigerate for later use. Chop remaining peaches, set aside. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

Step 2Whisk in cool whip. Stir in chopped peaches. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into pie crust.

Step 3Refrigerate 6 hours or longer until firm. Top with remaining sliced peaches.
