Ok, again from The Settlement, they left out what to do with the butter though. Tried to find a similar recipe online, so I'm figuring the melted & cooled should work. Will see how this goes...

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter-melted & cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 - egg

How To Make cookie dough for pies

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients, add slightly beaten egg to milk & melted butter, then combine 2 mixtures.
  • Step 2
    Roll 1/4" thick, enough for 2 crusts. Fill with desired fruit & bake until crust is browned, about 35 min.
