1 tsp
1/4 lb
butter, melted and cooled
eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c
coconut flakes
2 c
pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c
sugar or salenda/sugar mixture
pie shell

How to Make Connie's Coconut Pie


  • 1Melt butter and let it cool.
  • 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3Mix all other ingredients together.
  • 4Pour mixture into pie pan.
  • 5You can put some pecans or walnuts on top if you wish.
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until set.
  • 7Can be enjoyed with a sauce or whipped cream on top or just as is:)
