- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 pound butter, melted and cooled
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups coconut flakes
- 2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup sugar or salenda/sugar mixture
- 1 - pie shell
How To Make connie's coconut pie

Step 1Melt butter and let it cool.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3Mix all other ingredients together.

Step 4Pour mixture into pie pan.

Step 5You can put some pecans or walnuts on top if you wish.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until set.
