It seems like everybody has a recipe for coconut pie or cake. I don't think this pie could be any easier.

Ingredients For coconut pie by eddie

    butter
  • 3
    eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    coonut

How To Make coconut pie by eddie

    In a pan melt butter
  • 2
    Add renaming ingredients in order
  • 3
    Pour into a unbaked 9 inch pie shall. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Top will be golden brown, let cool before serving
