Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups whole milk
How To Make coconut pie

Step 1With electric mixer beat well 4 eggs, add sugar add flour.

Step 2Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly and add 7 ounce Angel Flake coconut mixing in with spatula.

Step 3Pour into 9 inch wide and deep greased glass pie pan. Bake 30 minutes or until custard is set. Do Not over bake - custard will set somewhat as it cools!!

Step 4Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Also, it does make it's own crust.
