coconut macaroon pie

I used to make this pie for our coffee hour at church after services. This was our pastor's favorite pie and would always request that I make it. It is rich and sweet and very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie crust
How To Make coconut macaroon pie

Step 1Beat sugar, eggs and salt until mix is lemon colored. Add butter and flour. Blend. Add milk; fold in coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 325.
