- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Step 1Blend ingredients in blender.

Step 2Pour into buttered pie pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until golden borwn. (Pie is done when it doesn't jiggle).
